About the Pedals

OneUp's Comp is a composite platform pedal with a 9/16 inch thread, in black. Composite bodies are lighter and cheaper than aluminum, and they slide over rocks rather than catching. It is an affordable upgrade over stock pedals on a 775. Riders who want a thinner, stronger platform can compare the OneUp aluminum pedal. It is a sensible spare to keep around if you crash often.

Install notes

Grease the pedal threads. Thread the right pedal clockwise and the left pedal counter-clockwise, by hand first, then tighten with a pedal wrench to the manufacturer's torque spec. Check them again after the first ride.
