About the Brake Levers

The Magura HC lever is an aluminum, one-finger blade that bolts onto the stock MT5 master cylinder used on the 775. It changes how the lever feels in your hand rather than the brake itself: a shorter, stiffer blade makes one-finger braking natural and lets riders with smaller hands set the reach closer to the bar. It is a lever blade swap, not a new master cylinder, so your hose and bleed stay untouched.

Install notes

Remove the lever pivot pin and the old blade, keeping track of any bushings. Fit the HC blade, refit the pin, and set reach so the lever sits comfortably under one finger. Check the brake engages firmly before riding. Do not open the hydraulic system.
