About the Brake Pads
The 9.C Comfort compound is Magura's choice for riders who want control rather than outright bite, and a long-lasting pad. It uses the MDP 9 one-piece connected backplate and fits four-piston MT calipers such as the MT5 on every Bonnell 775. It suits mixed road and trail days on the AM Touring, or long sessions where control matters more than peak bite. Two pads on the connected backplate cover one caliper.

Install notes
Remove the wheel and pad pin, then take out the old pad set. Push the pistons back gently and clean the caliper body. Fit the 9.C set, refit the pin as Magura specifies, pump the lever until firm and bed the pads in with a run of moderate stops.
