Products & Pricing
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order.
Fitment Responsibility
You are responsible for choosing the right bike and model and for checking fitment before you order. If our product page's fitment info for your bike was wrong, there's no restocking fee on the return. If you need help before buying, email [email protected].
Returns
Unused, uninstalled parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customer-initiated returns on orders placed on or after October 8, 2026 have a 10% restocking fee on the item price (not shipping or tax). There is no restocking fee if we sent the wrong part, it arrived damaged, it is defective, or our product page's fitment info for your bike was wrong. Original shipping is non-refundable on customer-initiated returns, and you pay return shipping. Orders placed before October 8, 2026 follow the policy in effect when you ordered. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to availability issues, errors in product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Limitation of Liability
Wired Whips is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
