Sting MX4 Expert is a catalog trim on the Sting R electrical and wheel platform. There is no separate OEM Expert specs page, so battery, tires, discs, and drivetrain rows here follow STING R MX OEM: 60V/45Ah (2700Wh), CST 70/100-19 front and 80/100-19 rear, 220 mm hydraulic discs, gearbox plus chain.
What makes Expert distinct in our catalog is the brake and fork trim: Magura MT-5 with 220 mm rotors on mineral oil, and a Manitou Dorado Expert fork. Catalog peak power text says 6kW rated / 12.5kW peak for Expert; OEM Sting R lists 4kW/8kW — we show both notes in the spec table and do not invent a third OEM Expert power figure.

Treat electrical and tire fitment like Sting R MX4 (60V/45Ah, 70/100-19 front, 80/100-19 rear, 220 mm discs). Brake pads and fluid should follow Magura MT-5 mineral-oil trim from the catalog Expert row — not Tektro MX3 assumptions. Verified Batch A PDPs for Expert include 70/100-19 Maxxis/Pirelli fronts, TRP DH-R EVO (if you are converting), Warp9 bars, and Warp9 220 mm rear rotor. Komodo 21-inch fronts do not fit. Dragon remains held without OEM specs.

Is Expert the same pack as Sting R MX4?
Electrical rows use the OEM Sting R 60V/45Ah (2700Wh) platform because Talaria has no separate Expert OEM page. Order the 60V/45Ah battery SKU listed for the Sting R family unless your pack label differs.
What brakes does MX4 Expert use?
Catalog Expert trim lists Magura MT-5 with 220 mm rotors on mineral oil. Use Magura pad and mineral-fluid part pages for that trim. OEM Sting R still lists 220 mm hydraulic discs as the platform size.
What fork is on Expert?
Catalog lists a Manitou Dorado Expert fork for this trim. Fork service parts are trim-specific; tire and battery fitment still follow the Sting R 19-inch and 60V platform numbers above.
Can I use MX3 Tektro pads on Expert?
Not as a default. Catalog MX3 brakes are Tektro with 203 mm rotors, while Expert trim is Magura MT-5 at 220 mm. Match pads to the caliper actually on your bike.
