Deflate and remove the front wheel. Protect the brake rotor, break the bead, and extract the tube. Mount the Maxxcross SI with the rotation arrow forward, seat both beads, and inflate to your usual trail pressure while checking for even bead seating. Reinstall the wheel, spin to confirm clearance at the forks and brake, and recheck pressure after the first ride. Tube-type only — this construction is TT per Maxxis.
