About the Controller / ESC
The ARC-I's controller sits between the battery and the motor and decides how much power goes to the wheel. When the bike powers on but will not move, or cuts out under load, the controller is a common suspect, but check the throttle, the brake switches and the plugs first, as they are cheaper. Compare the connectors on your unit with the photos before ordering.
Install notes
Disconnect the battery first. Photograph every plug before unplugging it, reconnect them one at a time, and tie the wires away from moving parts.
